Order Processing Time
If the ordered item is available in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days of order confirmation.
In case certain items are not immediately available, the products will be freshly produced and dispatched within 10 working days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are shipped through our courier and logistics partners.
Deliveries are typically made Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
