Return and Replacement Policy
At Amrasa, a brand owned by AJ Natura India Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality natural products.
Due to the nature of food products, orders once confirmed are not eligible for return or refund.
However, we will assist customers in the following cases.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged product:
• Notify us within 2 days of delivery
• Email us at info@amrasa.com
Please include:
• Order number
• Invoice image
• 1 image of the outer package
• 2 clear images of the damaged product
• Complete unboxing video
After verification, we will replace the damaged product within 7–10 days.
MISSING PRODUCT
If an item is missing from your order:
Notify us within 2 days of delivery and send:
• Order number
• Invoice image
• Image of outer box
• Images of opened package
• Unboxing video
After verification, the missing product will be shipped again.
Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
SPOILED PRODUCT
If a product appears spoiled:
Notify us within 2 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Manufacturing or packaging date
• Clear images or video of the product
Because Amrasa products are natural and minimally processed, slight variations in taste, texture, aroma or color may occur between batches.
Such variations are normal and not considered defects.
If a genuine quality issue is confirmed, a replacement will be provided after investigation.
